Check out this sexy iPhone flip-phone conecpt

Do you remember the era of flip phones? Ah the Motorola Razr and its glorious reign.

There were hardware buttons and no touch screens to accidently break or damage. It would stay charged for days on end, sometimes a whole week! Now all we we have are big slabs for phone.

Designer Martin Hajek went full nostalgia to infuse the past with the present to present a flip iPhone from the past and future.
He said he took his inspiration from the popularity of large flip phones that are apparently called "garakei," in Japan. Martin Hajek named this concept the GarekeiPhone. Not really the best name but it works!

The render above shows a iPhone with another flip screen on top . The flip cover is held in place via a hinge which includes a glowing Apple logo. The flip part of the screen is not touchscreen but for viewing purposes only! The lower half is touchscreen though.

Apple is expected to be hosting its usual annual event on September 9th. This event usually partakes focus on Apple's next iPhones.

According to a Buzzfeed source, Wednesday September 9 is seen as the most likely day for the company to release an update on the new iPhone(s).

Force Touch as seen on the 2015 Mac will apparently be on the new iPhone 6S. We should see shortcuts and faster actions across iOS via multitasking. According to 9to5Mac, it was designed in mind to "skip existing lists of options or button presses." which makes the feature different to the one found on the Apple Watch

One example provided was someone looking up a location on Maps and then using Force Touch to begin turn by turn directions instantly. In another example, the person Force Touching a webpage link in Safari bought up a preview of it or a definition of a word.

This is exciting news and something that should be seen as an 'innovative' feature on Apple's behalf. Now the wait until September
